Probably nothing, but something so strange has been happening since 2023. I used to work at Starbucks where a lot of counting was involved for date stickers and prep. Ex. Whipped cream cans, that for each required several components: the cans, lids, gaskets, canisters, and sticker date dots. The cans, lids and gaskets were fairly easy to keep track of but I got annoyed counting anywhere from 12-25 stickers when I had to make whips while trying to take orders at the same time over drive thru. The number varied because some cans were still used and others were cleaned. We never kept a solid number available just whenever we felt like they were low. I eventually just blindly pulled from the roll of date stickers and it happened to be the exact amount needed. I figured it was a coincidence but it kept happening. More often that not the amount was exactly what I needed. I left Starbucks and moved to a BBQ joint where I was required to fill various amounts of containers ranging from 2oz to a pint with BBQ sauce to get orders. A few hundred individual 2oz containers and anywhere from 12-50 various other sizes. The lids were kept separate from the containers. Stupid design but it was so customers could grab one or the other when needed. This meant I would go from the furthest point in the BOH to the floor. Naturally I just stopped counting and the same phenomenon happened, continuing to do so until I left the business. A little while later I joined a bakery where we create our own printed labels and package things we make in house. Packaging cookies especially where there are dozens of the individual sleeves to put them in and print stickers for each. I tested this theory and lo and behold the exact same phenomena. I would say not every single time this happens but 8 times out of 10 it does. I'm horrible at math and always wonder why this could possibly be happening. Doesn't cause distress or anything just a very odd series of coincidence to the point I feel like maybe it's not a coincidence.

TLDR: I magically know the correct number of things of need in large and small quantities without counting.

Back in 2014, during the World Cup in Brazil, I was talking to a friend in person about superstitions, fortune-telling, that kind of thing.

My grandma does some random old-lady superstition stuff sometimes, so I decided to mess with him and say she had “seen” who was going to win the World Cup.

He asked who.

I just picked a country and said:

Germany.

The idea was simple: if Germany lost, I could say, “See? This stuff is nonsense.” If they won, I could keep the joke going and pretend my grandma could actually see the future.

Germany won.

So obviously I milked it and kept telling him my grandma knew things.

Then years passed. I didn’t make any prediction in 2018 or 2022. The whole thing just died.

Until 2026.

The same friend and I were talking on Instagram and remembered the old story. So I thought: “I’m doing this again.”

I sent him:

“Can I tell you again who’s going to win this World Cup? lol my grandma told me”

He asked who, and I replied:

“Spain.”

I even made up a little story saying I had asked her before traveling to Recife, that she told me “I’ll tell you tomorrow,” and then gave me the answer the next day.

My grandma, obviously, has no idea she’s even part of this story lol.

The chat is dated May 18, so it was all there in writing before the World Cup. My friend even replied:

“We should bet on Spain lol”

Neither of us did.

Which makes sense, because I knew perfectly well where that “prediction” came from lol.

Then Spain went and won the World Cup.

In July I even went back to the chat and asked him why he hadn’t bet on Spain.

So, for now, the record of my psychic grandma who doesn’t even know she’s psychic is:

2014 — Germany

2026 — Spain

Two times I made the joke. Two correct picks.

100%.

And that’s the part that kills me lol. It’s not like I kept guessing every World Cup until I happened to get two right. Those were literally the only two times I did it.

So obviously I’m doing it again in 2030.

If I get it wrong, the streak is over.

But if I somehow get it right again, I may have accidentally created the perfect case study for how a religion gets started lol.

I think I worked on this list for a year and I finally added the 42nd movie on my 42nd birthday. A great birthday gift from the gods!

I was at a shopping mall months ago, I saw a guy who caught my eye he was so big muscled and tall. I caught a glimpse at his face and his bicep and chest. He had tattoos and just this day I was randomly scrolling on TikTok, I landed on one of his videos and that physique and height looks oddly familiar and too my surprise… the TikTok guy had the same height, physique exact phyque and face perfectly looked jsut like him and I clicked in his bio and it said the country. The country i am in. And it was him.

The guy I followed on TikTok a year prior to the guy I saw at the shopping centre is the same exact guy I saw. Saw him TikTok now I find out he went to the same shopping centre? Crazy I thought he would be American since people are mostly American on TikTok that I follow.

But gosh what a coincidence.

So I go to visit my grandma and the song playing in the car before I turned off the engine and got out was “y’all ready for this” then I go inside and turn on the tv and the big bang theory is on tv. About 10 minutes later Raj just plays the exact same song! It was kind of spooky! What are the odds that that specific radio station played that song while this channel played this specific episode today?! What the heck lol?!

About 2 months ago I lost my power bank after letting a friend use it, I can’t remember if I took it back or he kept it and lost it so I just assumed I’d never see it again… until yesterday when I was walking through the park just on the north side of my town (opposite side to which I live on) and saw the exact power bank I lost, same markings from earlier photos and the rubber sticky was off from where I peeled it out of boredom. I can’t believe it… my hypothesis is that my friend let a friend of a friend use it or he lost it entirely, someone else managed to grab it and use it for a while and it ended up being lost in the park I found it in for a early morning dog walker to prop up somewhere so it’s easily findable.

Unfortunately it looks like it was lost after the rain hit and was now a bunch of corrosion on the charging port and doesn’t show signs of life.

Experienced a very weird coincidence will watching SATC.

Saw a TikTok saying buy the vogue of your birth year and month, I look up an Uma Thurman cover, then look up to my SATC episode to see Carrie holding the exact cover.

I was really weirded out as they don't show many vogue covers at all in that show.

Has anyone else had any weird coincidences while watching a show like this?
