I think some parts of Space Wolves champion suits well with Carcharodons aswell

Hey fellas I wanted to make some carcharodons and was wondering where you all get your helmets and other bits to make the regular marines fit more in with the gear we normally imagine them having that's all thanks for the help any is appreciated

The third red breather elite terminator is done. This is my take on the design and idea. I enjoy the look and I hope people do too. Have bought some transfers so might add some tiny sharks in the future.

I really tried to emphasize the whole scavenging part but I might have went overboard and took some creative liberties.

I wanna start work on my Charcaradon army. I had some old intercessors lying around so I started testing paint schemes but I’m not which army I should build them around. I know space wolves are good but I wanna know other people’s thoughts and what they used!

Just looking for opinions on which one feels better for grimdark red bretheren. I know I overdid it a bit on the enamels and rust on 1 (first time using them) so in future ones I’d tone it back/ reduce more and faster. I’m going for the gritty grimdark style bc it I feel like it fits well, but conflicted on if the enamels are enhancing the look or detracting from it. Alternative is second image (I’d just do a little more acrylic wear/washing, also claws aren’t done bc I do those after my washes). I like that it makes the details stand out a little more but it’s hard to get that same dark grittiness as the enamels and oils.

So I wanna paint up a Gravis Captain to lead a squad of 6 Aggressors for my Carcharodon squad (big sharks) but I can’t stand the cape and I don’t think it would fit thematically anyway. Any advice for taking off the cape? I know I’d probably have to cut off the buckle as well as the bit of cape on the pauldron and file down the area but I’m not really used to modifying models so I’m not sure how that would go

We're using 4e rules, and a lot of us are converting Heresy models for the purpose.

Im planning on starting a carcharadon army but im struggling to find a good gray paint, a bit lighter than mechanicus standard gray, and cool gray but not quite as blue as some of the space wolf paints, does anyone know a good in between i can test out?

what colors do you guys use for highlighting your marines? im using abbadon black and mechanicus standard gray and butchered the first model i tried it on and need some advice on what to do.. im fried
