Let me know if anyone is interested in buying my ticket, I’ll charge what I paid (45$). I saw they are now coming to NC which is closer for me.

I accidentally bought the wrong date and AXS has been utterly unhelpful, despite saying they’d resolve this 12 business days ago. 😭

I invited my friends and partner to this show when I found out about it and everyone else has since gotten their tickets… I waited too long and discovered it sold out 🙃 If anyone has a spare ticket or can’t make it lmk, I would love to buy it!

Does anyone have tabs or know the chords to this song? Learning the intro by ear. Tabs would be super helpful!

Doug Martsch has been the only constant in Built to Spill since 1992. That’s long enough for the Boise band to help write the 90s indie rock playbook and watch bands half his age keep borrowing from it. On Friday, September 25, Martsch brought the current trio, with Melanie Radford on bass and Teresa Esguerra on drums, to Central Machine Works...

incredible show!! I really had a good time outside of this incident. My friend and I were front and center having the time of our lives. We travel to see Built to Spill together any chance we get. However, there was this shorter man with dark hair, a rainbow crochet beanie, and a clear fanny pack that was always a little too close. At one point in the show my friend said he keeps rubbing up on her. I couldn't hear well, and I thought she meant bumping into her. I did, however, get the worst vibes from him. And then finally it happened to me. During the encore his entire hand felt up my ass cheek. It was undeniable. I immediately turned around and called him out. He tried telling me it was just his fanny pack, but as someone that's been to more shows than I can count, I know what the difference is. He remained close until I turned back around and yelled BACK UP!! Immediately, the nice men behind us had no idea what was going on but stepped between the creep and us. The creep took off. I looked for him after the show and then outside, but I failed to talk to anyone at the bar before the doors were shut. When my friend and I talked about it, once we could hear each other, we learned what he did to me was what he was doing to her the entire show.
I am so mad at myself for not talking to anyone at the bar about it. I want him banned from the venue. Making this post is helping me feel like I at least did something to protect other women.

We were driving in from 2 hours away and popped a tire right as we were leaving home so now we aren’t going to make it. I could transfer tix asap. Just wanting someone to get some use out of these.
Update: someone took the tickets. Have fun!

I’m an international student at Smith College and I’m looking for a female roommate for the Built to Spill show in Norwalk.
I already booked a standard two-bed room at Norwalk Inn, which is only about 600m from the venue. It would be $75 per person if we split the room 50/50.
A little about me: I’m pretty quiet, I don’t snore or grind my teeth, and I have a regular sleep schedule. Just looking for another girl going to the show who wants to save some money and have a convenient place to stay after the concert! I love plenty of music bands! But since English is not my first language, I may not be so that talkative.
Feel free to DM me if you’re interested. We can chat a bit first and make sure we’re both comfortable sharing the room :)

Hi Friends,
I am a massive BTS fan and have been to many shows cross country. I have also worked in customer service before. And I have also worked at merch tables for events.
The way I was treated last night by the merch salesperson was beyond disrespectful. They rolled their eyes at me multiple times, they made sure to be clear that I was annoying them...I'm not joking. The way they spoke to me when I asked for a poster and a tshirt was downright rude.
"Hi, I would like a poster and a tshirt." it was loud, I didn't know if they heard everything. They said "what?" I repeated myself and said "poster and tshirt, please" they said, "yeah, i heard the poster." and rolled their eyes.
There was a display shirt on the table that I liked. I asked if it was available and held the t-shirt up to see what a "small" looked like. They said "that's the display and not for sale." and rolled their eyes at me while they grabbed the shirt and they remerched it on the table to make sure they knew i was a fucking idiot.
When I was done with my transaction, I even said "thank you. i appreciate you. have a nice night." they said "what?" it was loud...they were already being rude... I said "i appreciate you. have a nice night." They looked at me and rolled their eyes and said nothing back. It's funny because when I was tapping my card and tipping, they were watching the screen like a fucking hawk. That's all they cared about. I almost walked back up to the table and told them to "get fucked" i was that offended.
My boyfriend had an even worse experience during the show with same person. I did not know about this until we got home. There was nobody in line. He walked up and asked for a poster. The salesperson spoke to him like an idiot. He was shocked. it was pouring rain outside... my boyfriend asked if there was anything to protect the poster in. the merch person said, "what do i look like?" and was condescending to him too. He almost returned the poster.
We're expected to support this band and buy their merch + tip when they have a legit ASSHOLE working their table.
Why am I supporting this band? I messaged the venue, I messaged BTS and I emailed their PR rep. Fuck that person working merch.

Going to the show tonight and wondering what time Dug and Co will come on. Thanks.
