Premijer Nermin Nikšić na ispitivanju u POSKOK-u: Uskoro podizanje optužnice u aferi „Spengavanje“ – ko će se sve naći na optuženičkoj klupi
[Interview] Ex-Bosnia envoy sees no risk of renewed violence, but the fractured country’s EU dream is rotting away
Is Bosnia and Herzegovina's EU future still realistic? 🇧🇦🇪🇺
Hey everyone! 👋 Lucia from EUobserver here. We recently spoke with Christian Schmidt, the former international high representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, about the country's future and its path towards EU membership.
One thing that stood out to me was his argument that the biggest concern isn't necessarily renewed conflict, but rather years of political stagnation, ongoing divisions and young people increasingly looking for opportunities elsewhere.
And I think that raises a much broader question: What does stability really mean if people don't see a better future for themselves?
I'm curious how people here see things. Do you still believe EU membership is a realistic goal for Bosnia and Herzegovina? And what would actually need to change to move the country forward?
Would love to hear your perspectives, let us know what you think in the comment :)

I redrew every level of my free Bosnian graffiti game in pixel art, from Bosanski Novi to the Stari Most dive
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've been making ZID, a free browser game where you run across Bosnia spraying graffiti. I just redrew every level in pixel art, and the video shows the old version next to the new one.
The route:
Bosanski Novi, where I was born: bear cubs charge at you, and the 1906 quay on the Una is off limits
Baščaršija: nana is sweeping her shop front, so jump the broom
Trebević: the 1984 Olympic bobsled track. Paint all you like, just never over a better piece
Neretva: leave the stećci alone and watch for swallows over the river
Stari Most: duck the tourists' selfie sticks, then time your dive for a perfect lasta
The rule running through it all: paint the concrete, leave the heritage alone.
It's free and plays in the browser on your phone or computer, with no sign-up and no ads: zidbosna.com
There's also a Bosnian street-slang dictionary on the page and a little radio with four original tracks.
I'd love feedback, especially from anyone who knows these places. What should the next level be?

Turizam Banja Luka
Zdravo,
Ponovo dolazim u Banju Luku, ali ovaj put sa ženom, a ne s društvom. 😄 Zanima me koje pijace ili prodavnice vrijedi obići zbog kupovine i šta još preporučuješ da pogledamo u okolini?
Naravno, moja žena će tražiti brendirane stvari, ako me razumiješ… 😂
Hvala unaprijed na preporukama!

I made a free browser game where you spray graffiti across Bosnia, then dive off the Mostar bridge.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I was born in Bosanski Novi, where the Una and Sana rivers meet, so that's level one. You run from there all the way to Mostar, painting walls as you go.
The catch is graffiti etiquette. Concrete and old train wagons are fair game. Paint the 1906 river quay, a medieval stećak or someone's better piece and you lose respect.
- Bosanski Novi: bear cubs run straight at you, and the fishermen don't want you scaring their fish
- Baščaršija, Sarajevo: nana is sweeping her shop front. Jump the broom, don't walk on her clean floor
- Trebević: the old 1984 Olympic bobsled track. Paint anything, just never over a better piece
- Neretva: swallows, sheep and medieval tombstones
- Mostar: tourists hold selfie sticks at exactly jump height. At the end of the street you dive off Stari Most, and your timing decides whether it's a clean swallow dive or a tumbling splash into the freezing Neretva
It's free, with no sign-up and no ads, and it works on your phone. A full run takes about 3 minutes, and the soundtrack is an original Balkan house loop.
The record right now is 8,381. A perfect run is 17,650.
Play here: https://zidbosna.com
The game is in Bosnian with English translations for all the rules. Tell me what's too hard, too easy or broken and I'll fix it.

To buy physical sim at Tuzla Airpot
Hello People,
We have planned to visit Sarajevo next week. We will arrive at Tuzla Airport at 10.05 am, and later we will take the Banlkan transfer bus at 10.50 am. Is the time enough to take the bus? In the website, Bus service showed, it will pickup from the Airport. Can we buy a physical SIM from the Tuzla airport, as our mobile does not support eSIM? I saw in google there is an ATM for cash withdrawal, but with a high fee. Our plan is to exchange in Sarajevo, but is there any other service that we must take which need cash ? Any other suggestion is appreciated.
Best Regards
