kinda hate the movie but I loved the green ring design and was wondering if anyone ever came up with a blue design for it? I imagine it would look more like the yellow ring briefly seen

10 - If it had appeared in the Lanterns series.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I saw that the blue lantern corp appears in some capacity in the green lantern corp comic run so I’m wondering if I need to read all of the Jeremy Adams comic to understand what’s going on or if I can jump straight in?

"In fearful day, in raging night, With strong hearts full, our souls ignite, When all seems lost in the War of Light, Look to the stars-- For hope burns bright!"

So I’m very new to the lore so I have a few questions

1. Do blue lanterns need to recharge their rings? (I keep finding people saying that they don’t have to)

2. Can they create constructs without a green lantern? (the wiki says they can create limited constructs and I’ve seen some panels where a future Kryptonian makes a spear)

3. Also bonus question what is the current status of the blue lantern corp?

Was reminded of DCUO on a post I saw and so it got me to download the game again and get some pics of my old character. I havent actually played in a few years at this point, but thought that it would be fun to show off what I was able to design for my character! Dont have the Blue Lantern Ring in game for those powers, but if I did I would have it equipped as well!
(IDK why the UI didnt hide on screenshot like I told it to, might get better pics sometime)

From superherostuff.com

He is the same species as Atrocotus and is based of his design in green lantern the animated series

Long story short, I make comic logos. I live in Minnesota. I merged the BL lantern symbol, with our own personal symbol of hope. The flag become very important to us this year. With everything happening in the world, I have to keep telling myself that even in the blackest night, hope burns bright.

(vector image created by me and not stupid AI)

I asked my partner what lantern corps I would be a part of and they said Blue, which inspired this drawing.

When the blackest night descends from the sky,

Overcome your fear through willpower's might.

Make rage your shield, let hope be your guiding light,

With compassion in your heart and love burning bright.

Resist the greed that would corrupt your light.

When darkness comes, look to the sky,

With the white flame of life's light burning in your eyes.

A new dawn comes, let there be light.

Embrace every emotion, and become whole,

Through every color, let life's light ignite

United as one, I rise in white.

You could consider this a remake of an old drawing

In Rage of Day, In Fear of night,
Our minds run clear, we hope for Life,
When Death and darkness blind our sight,
When Avarice burdens our trying minds,
Our burning Blue shines through the blight,
Will for your Love, Hope for your life,
Wait for us, for our Blue lanterns light!

Red:
With Crimson suns shining on us, With blood and rage and Scarlet guts,
Ripped from a corpse so freshly dead,
Our hellish hate, from your war
Revenge for love and will and hope, all stained red by bloodlust and gore
We'll burn you all, ones that ruined our lives, with Atrocitus’s burning lies and Butcher’s Bloodstruck eyes, we’ll rip you out and burn you alive with our red lantern’s light…
Orange:
What’s mine is mine and isn’t your’s, I take what’s your’s and it’s now mine. I take all and I hold it proud, I take all I, I hold it loud, When you see orange light, beware it now, for it is mine, my beautiful beautiful avarice light.
Yellow:
Fear and Death and Rage and Greed, all banners of deceit, we worship gold and fear and parallax, when you see bright yellow light, know death is here, when you see bright gold eyes of blight, beware your own fear, beware Sinestro’s light
Green:
In brightest day and blackest night, We ward off death with our own lives, I will help and do my best, I will help and let innocence rest, let all who worship white’s bright light never die, Let all who worship evil’s might, beware my ring, green lanterns light!
Blue:
In Rage of Day, In Fear of night,
Our minds run clear, we hope for Life,
When Death and darkness blind our sight,
When Avarice burdens our trying minds,
Our burning Blue shines through the blight,
Will for your Love, Hope for your life,
Wait for us, for our Blue lanterns light!
Indigo:
We used to lie, we used to crime, abin sur gave us life, we love all and we have no lies, we cry for you and let you cry, we never lie and only try, and when you see our light, be happy it for it wards off all blight, cry tears of joy for our indigo light.
Pink:
Never waver, never cry, my arms are open for all life. Love is powerful, Love is great, Love courses through our veins, so when you see star-sapphire light, never fear us, never fear our Predatory Loving Light!
Black:
Death and Shadows and burning nights. Fear and Rumors and life ruining lies. Death always arrives, never a warning. Death always arrives, even for those still in mourning. Death comes equally for all. Death’s dying rotting hand will catch you when you fall.
White:
All burn bright, every single light. All emotions and all thoughts. All Life and all Loss. Hope burns bright and so does Greed. Rage grows stronger and as does Will. All and everything and All still well. For white is life itself.

(sorry if i made some bad grammar or some stuff doesnt rhyme)

One of my first large 3D print projects. It's been lighting up my window for almost two years now to remind people there is always hope.

In case anyone was thinking about buying one of these Secret Woods rings, I thought I would share my thoughts. I saw an ad for these light activated rings on social media, and despite seeing some mixed reviews I bought one.

PROS: Over all I am happy with the purchase. It is comfortable on my hand, and looks pretty good. (no one has asked me what it is yet 🥲) It charges quickly in the sun, and is pretty bright. When you leave the sun/UV it it stays bright for ~5 to 10 minutes depending on how long you charged it. I have noticed it keeps a slight glow for hours after I turn out the lights and go to bed, but it is very faint.

CONS: I only have two major Cons if you were thinking about ordering on.

1. It took over a month to get to me in the US. The seller is in Canada, and mine got held at the border for 3 weeks... I only know that because I emailed support, and they sent me a report from their end, but I wasn't getting any updates through my USPS tracking.

2. The resin it is made out of is playable when heated. I found this out when washing my hands in hot water. I went to take it off and freaked out because the way I grabbed it, I pinched it, and it went oval shaped and I couldn't get it off my finger until I pinched it back. This might make it more resilient over time, but it freaked me the heck out. I would not leave it in a hot car, or wear it anywhere that it might be exposed to heat, like cooking. I don't know that it would melt, but I would not take that chance.

If anyone else was thinking about buying one and has questions. Let me know!

So I made a lot of 3d printed rings and I've settled on 4 different types. The problem is I love them all, so I was hoping to get your guys opinion on which one to do. (I'm aware that most of these are the green lantern version. But I have the blue lantern version as well.)

Wanted to make my own blue lantern ring so I started to print some to see how they look. But I printed to many.
