For anyone who spent time playing Arma 3, the Orca probably needs no introduction.

Our development team at Olympus Entertainment has been working on bringing this familiar helicopter to Arma Reforger as part of our larger Altis Life project.

We recently released our first devblog showcasing the helicopter in action and wanted to share it with the Reforger community.

Just to clarify: This is an independently created model based on the real-world helicopter that inspired the Orca, the Kamov Ka-60 Kasatka. It is not a port or extraction of the original Arma 3 model, and no Arma 3 assets were used in its creation.

I love the recoil and slight animations the mod adds to the immersion factor of reforger, but I can not get over how comically slow the scopes (mostly vanilla) are with aligning to the point of becoming even remotely usable.

Even with the so-called "Ads sway fix" mod it doesn't help, despite claiming it makes aligning faster.

I really want to use this mod, but with the scope problem it makes it hard to.

Self explanatory, if you can program an armed MI8 to dump missiles on me,(albeit nearly crashing the server) then adding a fucking RHIB should be easy. Obviously this would make those islands on Everon actually useable, and not just a funny place to drop blueberry’s off mid game.

Would love to see a Senaki or samtredia map set during the georgian civil war 90s. The setting and terrain could make for a really interesting Reforger map, and it’s a period that isn’t represented much in games.

We were pinned down by Bradley on Serhiivka map, couldn’t move and no fire support. And then this legend came!

Keep getting the message "something went wrong" with the same code everything, alot of other people seem to have the same problem across other servers too all psn players. Code is ws-121736-0, very frustrating.

I really think the gear would make for a good mod

I want to recommend some good servers to a stream I know. It can be your own, someone you know, or just you like and play on
