They should be asking about how the follow-ups NVS-04 and NVS-05 are slated to be launched.

Sources said the stacking of the first stage of the GSLV-Mk2 has already been completed. “The launch campaign began on September 14 and we are confident of completing it within a month,” one source said, while another added that all efforts were on for a launch on October 15.

Wasn't it supposed to at an interval of 6 months? Still too late given the precarious state of NavIC. What's the stacking/assemble time of gslv? 15 days?

All NVS sats will carry at least one indigenous clock (iRAFS) along imported clocks.

He did but they say lot of things... and 'year end' in spaceflight usually means 'next year'.
